There is a third way, the donkey can go from A to B, simply because it wants to without need for a carrot or a stick.

Finding your mantra that relates to your current focus or goals can be an amazing way to revitalize efforts and motivate great deeds.</description>

Now, more than ever, I believe that this mantra thing really does carry some weight.</description>
